Terms of Service

BY PURCHASING A COMMISSION FROM ME YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THIS T.O.S.I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO MY T.O.S.

I hold the ability and right to cancel a commission for any reason I deem valid.This T.O.S. can be changed and edited as I see fit.

PAYMENT INFO

Payment is currently done through vgen and only through vgen.Payment must be completed prior to anything past a sketch being completed.A refund can be issued if:
-I cannot complete the commission for any reason
-over two months have passed and the commission has not been completed (Unless stated otherwise that there would be a delay prior to the commission process)A refund WILL NOT be issued once the piece is completedBy completing payment you are automatically accepting that you will be receiving a digital product/service and will not be receiving any form of physical product. You also agree to give up any attempts to chargeback, as you as you are confirming access and/or ownership with the discussed email.

REFERENCES AND INFO

Please make sure before commissioning me you have an idea in mind, and are ready with references of what you would like.Character Design References images are required unless you would like it to be a design commission. (Higher Price)Everything other than Character Design can be referenced in ways other than images (Such as Text) or if you prefer you can give me artistic freedom, however I cannot guarantee to perfectly emulate your vision without specificsIf the reference provided is anything other than a flat color and very clear reference, it is understood that any mistakes made in terms of the design may happen.
I will try my best to depict the design faithfully, however if the reference is unclear it may require multiple edits. (Which if frequent and large may increase the price)I will not emulate another artist artstyle on request. I will be offering commissions in my own artstyle unless I specifically say otherwise.

I Will Not Accept Commissions Containing Lewd or Risqué Scenes From MinorsIf you are unsure about anything I will or won't draw feel free to ask!

EDITS

Once the commission has begun I will send a sketch for you to confirm the design or ask for changes/edits to the piece. This is the only point you may ask for large edits, once I begin lineart I will not make any large changes to the drawing. And once the the coloring phase begins no changes will be made to the lineart at all.Asking for too many edits on the piece may lead to a price increase.Once the piece is completed I will not change or edit the piece.
